Competitors have to:
1. determine the pH of three different soil samples according to given instructions (soil and water solution and pH paper are used) and write results on the worksheet,
2. recognize five given plants (a living plant or a photograph is given) and write the names of the plants on the worksheet next to best suitable pH value,
3. lift plants next to soil sample with suitable pH.
Note!
Several plants may also be suitable for same soil samples, some of the soil sample may be completely inappropriate.
The plants, used in the task will be found from the required plants’ list.
The team who gives most right answers, wins the task.
time limit for the team disqualification is 15 minutes.
